To receive remote support using HelpDesk from RemotePC, customers must download and run the "Attended Access" application, then enter a unique session code to connect with the technician. The session is initiated by the technician via the API/HelpDesk interface, allowing them to control the computer only after the customer grants permission.
- You will receive a session code from your technician via phone, email or chat.
- Download the Application: Click the link to download the RemotePC Attended Access application for Windows, Mac, or Linux.
- Run the Application: Open the downloaded file to run the application.
- Grant Access: Click 'Yes' or 'Allow' when prompted to permit the technician to connect.
- End Session: Close the application window to terminate the connection.
